Obtainment Process:

- Obtain 4 Divine Sparks (0.5% from Rainbow Sky Island NPCs)

- Place one spark into each of the 4 Lightning Pillars scattered across Rainbow Sky Island. This will spawn Raijin Boss.

Cooldown of 1 hour before these pillars can be charged again. This prevents AFK people and exploiters from abusing it.

- Kill Raijin Boss & Obtain Raijin Core (100%) Drop

- Take Raijin Core to Poneglyph

- Repeat for Each Skill
