Lv1 NPC on Clown Island:
Level 1 Requirements: Lv 1, 25k$

Locations, levels, and prices
- Level 1: Clown Island for $25,000. Level 2: Three Islands for $75,000. Level 3: Bubble Island for $200,000.
- Each higher level requires the previous Flash Step level.
